Adroit Career Services treats all personal information provided by you and collected by us during your application process in strict confidence. Your personal information will be protected by high standards of security.

When you register with Adroit Career Services, we may (depending on the service you register for) ask for one or more of the following fields: your name, email, address, date of birth, gender, education, skills and qualifications, employment history (including remuneration details), references, race, job requirements (including location, salary sought, job industry, job title) plus any other information you may volunteer to us as part of the sign-up process.

Adroit Career Services does not share or rent your personal information with third parties unless:

  1. You have specifically consented to allow us to share your personal information with third party organisations.
  2. You are seeking employment with a third-party organisation through the use of our services and for the purpose of evaluating your suitability, the third-party organisation requests some or all of the information you have supplied us for this purpose.
  3. We need to share your information in order to provide a service you have requested.
  4. We are required to do so by legal process or in response to a subpoena, court order or other legitimate request by an authority

It is our policy to store the personal data of unsuccessful applicants in our database for future recruitment purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish us to retain your details for this purpose.

Adroit Career Services may modify the terms of this privacy policy from time to time. If we make a substantial or material change to the way in which we will use your personal data we will prominently post a webpage on the Adroit Career Services website detailing the changes.
