What you are required to do
To actively participate in the generation of new business via local sales promotions, outbound / outdoor marketing calls, presentations / seminars and referrals from different sales channels and / or alliances (e.g. solicitors, real estate agents, RMs from C&I)
To provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations and profiling with customers
To conduct diligence to ensure quality of the customer before acquisition
To have quick, high standards, fact-based decision process for making risk / reward tradeoffs
To proactively cross-sell products and/or services appropriate to Commercial and Consumer Banking customers so as to maximise customer profitability
To provide quality, efficient after sales services
To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities
Qualifications
- Strong sales track records
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in commercial banking sales preferred
- Existing commercial property agents are welcomed to apply
- Excellent general corporate insurance consultant will be considered
- Strong business acquistion skills.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong network of clients and contacts
- Existing Telemarketers and Home Loan Specialists in Banking and Finance industry will be considered too.
