Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Communicate and reinforce the Bank’s policies and procedures and local regulations
- Provide oversight of the respective teams and ensure that each team member clearly understands the importance of their quality assurance role. 
- Adhere to the agreed plan and approach, and support plan testing and/or ensure proper record all related activities
- Understand the importance of and successfully manage the often competing demands between meeting business request and complying with Bank’s operational controls
- Understand the risks and make informed decisions and undertake issues resolutions
- Timely escalation to the Head as the situation warrant
- Provide timely coaching and guidance to the team
- Monitor and track employee priorities including individual objectives and performance management, and training & development.
- Monitor and control the team’s expenses 
- Monitor and keep track objectives and performance to ensure transactions processed in good quality
- Work hand-in-hand with Team Leaders to improve process efficiencies and to ensure that any issues (rejects/defects) are addressed immediately and mitigating controls put in place to avoid future occurrences.  
- Responsible for Operations Projects coordination
- Take on additional responsibilities as required and communicated by the Head.
- Able to maintain good working relationship across the regions
- Monitoring & control to ensure compliance to Regulatory requirements 
- Monitoring & control to ensure compliance to Bank’s Policy & Procedure 
- Independent revalidation of Controls & Reconciliation 
- Identify and escalate any exceptions in accordance with established procedures to Head &/or Business.  
- Identify and capture all potential risk or loss events for risk mitigation, control and monitoring.

- Strong knowledge of Private Bank operations.
