Responsibilities:
- Input/Check data entry for Equities/Bonds/MM/FX & other related products
- Settlement of trades for Equities/Bonds/MM/FX & other related products
- Reporting (to both internal and external parties)
- Liaise with dealers / clients/ brokers / custodians
- Pass basic accounting entries
- Ad hoc duties & projects eg new products in new markets
- Filing
Requirements :
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree qualification with at least 3 years experience in settlements
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel and Word)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Hardworking and conscientious and takes pride in work
- Meticulous, quick learner and fast worker
- Possess a pleasant personality & positive working attitude
- Able to work under stress
- Required to work on Singapore Public Holidays (Public holidays of Indian Calendar)and on shift hours (10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm / Noon - 9pm)
