Responsibilities:
- Perform 1st level helpdesk support
- Answer and resolve enquiries/problems over the phone.
- Provide onsite technical desktop/printer support and troubleshooting
- Escalate problems to 2nd level support if necessary
- Handling incoming emails, tracking of ticket status, keeping users updated on status
- Provide production system support including cloning and restoring of Server/Desktop images, applying of security baselines
- Perform daily systems health check
- Perform daily backup jobs and periodic data restoration
- Install and configure PC/laptop
- Create and maintain user domain & email account
- Conduct user training and maintain documentation
- IT hardware/software evaluation and procurement
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Helpdesk 1st Level
- Experience in Windows Operating Systems(Windows 2000, Windows XP)
- Good troubleshooting knowledge in PCs, Laptops, Printers, LAN and MS Office software
- Organized, able to prioritize work
- Possess positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduate can also be considered
