Responsibilities:
- Provide user requirements
- Initiate, devise and implement ways to enhance systems workflow
- Provide helpdesk support to customers
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder with excellent documentation and communications skills
- Team player with good customer service and project handling skills
- Aptitude for IT and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work on 2 rotating shifts till 1.30am
- Pro-active with good sense of initiative
- Those with system implementation experience might be selected to take part in a new project initiative
